FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
NOVEMBER 18, 2020
New Chapel will maintain all church services, public gatherings, small groups, and classes throughout the duration of Governor Whitmer’s attempt at a mandatory late-Fall lockdown.
(Grand Rapids, MI) New Chapel will maintain all church services, public gatherings, small groups, and classes throughout the duration of Governor Whitmer’s attempt at a mandatory late-Fall lockdown. With a sober evaluation of current policies and procedures relating to public health and sanitation, New Chapel leadership has made the unanimous decision to follow the science, and keep our doors open. Those planning to attend “In-Person Live” church services (and the like) should self-check their health and wellness before arriving. Intense cleaning procedures are utilized between each service, including the use of a medical-grade industrial electrostatic fogger.
New Chapel will offer online options for church through facebook.com/newchapel.grandrapids to accommodate those experiencing symptoms, those caring for others, or those who regard themselves as “CDC Vulnerable.”
